What are heart palpitations?

In normal times, most people do not particularly notice the feeling that their heart is beating, when you really notice your heart beating, it may be that your heartbeat is getting faster or that your heartbeat is irregular. Strenuous exercise, staying up late, insomnia, caffeine, nicotine, stress, anxiety, panic.

2. Physiological changes

Dehydration, hormonal changes, hypoglycemia, massive blood loss, Electrolyte Abnormalities, side effects of cold medicines or other medicines, low oxygen or carbon dioxide concentration in the blood.

3.Diseases caused

Panic disorder, fever, heart disease, anemia, arrhythmia, abnormal heart valves, hyperthyroidism.
